Dave, I appreciate your attentiveness (or Manuel’s).   Also, thanks for the soil advice.

This entire experience has been positive from the start.  From your quick response to my initial inquiry clear through the end of the project and your last email, this entire project has exceeded my expectations.  Your attention to detail while remaining cost-sensitive was outstanding

9/6/06 A good thing I want you to know is we’ve had a lot more contact with the neighbors because they’ll just walk through the back and sit on the wall to visit.  We sit almost every evening on the lower patio and enjoy the water feature. Also, looking at the stepped wall and patio levels from the lower patio just makes me feel good in a visceral way.  It’s more than just looks good – it feels good.  There’s something about the lines, levels and materials that is just so wonderful.  My lower neighbor said again how much SHE enjoys it from her kitchen and how it looks like something out of a magazine.  And of particular interest to you is that people comment on how the design seems to fit the lot perfectly.  It really does look like the lot was made for the patio and garden instead of vice-versa.  I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the design.  It’s just right and we enjoy it so much.  So thanks again and again for such a perfectly suited design.  It is everything we were hoping for and more.      B.

9/6/06 I also wanted to tell you (again, I hope) just how happy I am with my landscape design.   To quote one of my neighbors:  "Jane has an amazing back yard".   It is all that and more.   Thank you!
