If we are creating a full plan, we will need a copy of your property survey to begin the process. Normally, you can contact the surveyor and request a copy of the plan in AutoCad to be emailed to us.
Our fully licensed team will then perform a full site analysis including a soil test, site measurements of existing features, and an inventory of existing plants. We take into account views in and out of the property, while also considering various microclimates and soil type in placing the right plant in the right place. Also considered are drainage issues and circulation patterns. Preliminary plans are created to illustrate concept choices for the overall plan. Finally, once we have finalized the concept and material choices, we present the final plan and estimates.
Our Wake Forest designs can be completed with CAD drawings, hand-rendered simulation plans or in-person sketches where you can fine tune your plans down to the last sketch.
